Type in your email address (the one that this message was sent to has been entered into the Annual Report System website).
You are considered to be the primary contact for your institution. You will not be able to add other contacts; contact LAAB if you need to add other Program Administrators to your institution.
Then click on "Forgot Password?"
A link will be sent to your email address so you can create a password.
Once logged in you will be at your institution's home page in the annual report system.
There will be three tabs at the top of the page:

For school information, many of the fields have been pre-populated from information held by LAAB.
